We took a train through the Rocky Mountains of West Canada, taking in many beautiful sites as shown in our photos. We spent 2 days on it, starting at Banff with an overnight stop at Jasper ending in Vancouver. A truly memorable place - wish we were there!
This shows Emerald lake, never sure which way up to put this picture.
Emerald lake, now you know why they call it emerald.
This Capilano suspension bridge swings and bounces! Not for the faint hearted.
This shows Thunder river. You can just see the head of the train we were on. The people at the front were in bed by the time us, at the back, got to the hotel.
This shows Thunder rivers joining together, each had a different coloured silt which took two miles before it mixed together.
This shows Lake in the morning after some fresh snow. This picture was in colour, shot into the sun, no filters used or post processing done.
